Chocomole
Ingredients:
- 1 soft avocado, cut in half, seed removed
- 1/2 medium sweet potato
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- very small amount of sweetener to taste (coconut nectar, agave, maple, rice malt etc)
Method:
- Peel, dice and steam the sweet potato. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients together and blend in food processor or a stick blender.
- Serve chilled with Coyo Coconut Yogurt, toasted nuts and fresh fruit
