Amy's Raw Organic Chocolate


5 tablespoons raw cacao powder

(I use Power Super Foods Cacao GOLD – I think it’s especially decadent)

5 tablespoons Organic coconut oil (or to desired consistency, I usually add about 2 tablespoons more)

1 ½ tablespoons Organic Coconut flower nectar (coconut nectar) – or more if you prefer less bitter chocolate

(I also alternatively use coconut sugar dissolved in coconut cream over low heat instead of Coconut Flower Nectar, it makes the chocolate a creamier consistency)

Pinch sea/Himalayan salt

You can also add chopped hazelnuts/rum and raisin/peppermint oil – whatever flavours your heart desires!


Combine all ingredients in bowl and spoon into small silicone mould tray.  Put into fridge until set.  Remove from moulds and EAT! 

It is important to store these in the fridge as the high coconut oil content means they melt very quickly.
